Who processes the data

What we collect
When you reserve a frame on the website: first name, last name, phone number, the selected model and the time of the reservation. We do not use cookies or advertising tools for reservations.
Why we use it
Only to call you, confirm that the model is available and arrange a fitting in store. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising messages.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box in the reservation form (Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection, Article 12(1)(1)). You may withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
Where it is stored and who sees it
Data is kept in a protected database on Supabase servers in the European Union (Frankfurt). Only Optika Ginter staff have access. A notification about a new reservation (name, phone, model) is sent to staff via the Telegram app.
How long we keep it
Up to 12 months from the reservation. If you buy the frame, your details are transferred to the store's customer records and kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and withdraw your consent — just write or call us. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs).
